This pre-owned Epiphone 1959 ES-355 in Classic White combines elegant late-1950s-inspired styling with a distinctive modification: a gold Bigsby vibrato tailpiece with a black arm grip. Built in collaboration with Gibson Custom, the 1959 ES-355 pairs a semi-hollow layered maple/poplar body and solid maple centerblock with an ebony fingerboard and Gibson Custombucker humbuckers.
Its striking Classic White finish is complemented by gold hardware, a red tortoiseshell-style pickguard, multi-ply body binding, mother-of-pearl block fingerboard inlays, and a split-diamond headstock design. The photographed instrument also features two gold-covered humbuckers, a gold Tune-O-Matic-style bridge, four black control knobs, and gold tuning machines.
