FAQ
How does billing work?
Each lesson package can be paid in full with debit or credit card, e-Transfer, cash or cheque. Payment is due when signing up to reserve your chosen time slot.
Packages of 12 or 24 lessons can also be paid in monthly instalments through subscription-style automated credit card payments.
What happens if I have to miss my lesson?
No-shows and lessons cancelled by students cannot be made up, with some exceptions.
With packages of 12 or 24 lessons, some lessons can be motivated by informing store personnel a minimum of 48 hours in advance. The lesson will be banked and made up at a later time. The 12-lesson package allows for one banked lesson, while the 24-lesson package allows for three.
When do you accept new students?
We accept new sign-ups at all times! Since we offer our lessons as packages, lessons can begin as soon as a suitable time slot is available.
Who are your teachers?
All of our teachers have completed or are in the process of completing college or university degrees in music. Many work professionally in the local music industry as well as across the province. They are proud to share their expertise and adapt their teaching to the needs of each student.
