How much do I need to pay as a deposit to place an item on special order?
Any item listed 250$ or less must be paid in full. For items over 250$, we ask for a deposit of 20% of the order value
Are special order deposits refundable?
It depends: certain items cannot be refunded after the order is placed (this will be specified by our staff when placing the order).
In most cases, the deposit is made under your account and not under the specific order; it can therefore be used for another purchase.
My tracking number shows that my order is ready to be shipped, but the shipping company has not yet received my package. What does this mean?
Our team has finished preparing your order for shipping, but the shipping company has not yet come to pick up the package.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
No sweat; we’ll take it up with the shipping company.
What is the procedure for online order returns?
If you wish to return an order because it doesn’t suit your needs, you may do so within a 14-day window. Your items must be in their original packaging with all accessories. Shipping fees (both ways) as well as a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
