Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Conditions
Standard Shipping (Canada)

Orders of $99 or more (before taxes) qualify for free shipping

Orders under $99 are subject to a $20 flat shipping fee, applied automatically at checkout
These rates apply to standard-size items shipped within Canada.
Exceptions & Additional Shipping Fees
Additional shipping fees may apply in the following cases:

Oversized or heavy items (based on actual or dimensional weight)

Remote or non-metropolitan areas

Products requiring special handling or transport
If additional charges are required based on weight, size, or destination, our team will contact you prior to shipment to provide a revised shipping estimate and request approval.
No shipment will be made without your confirmation.
If no response is received within 72 hours, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
Remote & Non-Metropolitan Areas
Certain regions may incur additional shipping fees imposed by carriers.
Remote areas include, but are not limited to:

rural or non-metropolitan areas as defined by Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, or FedEx
Postal code prefixes such as:
X0A, X0B, X0C, X1A, X1B, X1C, X1E, X1G, X1H, X1J
are generally considered remote.
Exact shipping costs will always beย confirmed prior to shipment.
Oversized or Heavy Items
An item may be considered oversized based on:

actual weight

dimensional (volumetric) weight

package dimensions
Common examples include:
- Guitars and basses
- instrument cases

amplifiers and speaker cabinets

acoustic and electronic drum kits
- digital pianos and keyboards

PA systems

large stands
These items may incur additional carrier fees.
No shipment will be made without your prior approval.

Carrier selection depends on destination, product type, and service availability.
Partial Shipments
Orders containing items with different availability timelines may be shipped in multiple packages, when applicable, at no additional cost whenever possible.
Signature on Delivery
A signature is required by default to ensure delivery security.
You may request delivery without signature if value of the order is below 250$.

Shipping Damage
Please inspect your package upon delivery.
Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours, with supporting photos.
