Fishman AFX AcoustiComp Mini Compressor Pedal
Based on the popular Aura Spectrum Compressor, AcoustiComp provides mild, effective dynamics leveling designed specifically for acoustic instruments.
Crank up the Comp knob to fatten your tone. Or turn it up a little to add light compression that helps you sit better in a mix without sacrificing tone.
AFX dual routing: more possibilities in fewer steps
If you’ve ever wanted to leap between multiple acoustic-electric tones on the fly, then AFX Dual Path is the feature you’ve been waiting for. The AFX AcoustiComp Mini Compressor and other Fishman AFX pedals offer advanced Dual Path routing options that expand your signal chain’s versatility. With Dual Path routing, players can assign AFX effects to different signal paths using only a single series of TRS cables. The Audio Path switch found on the rear panel lets you create two signal paths by assigning effects to the “tip” or “ring” of a TRS chain. Combining Dual Path technology with the AFX Pocket Blender Mini pedal supplies the best experience, as the Pocket Blender Mini lets you mix, blend, and switch Dual Path signal chains by merely pressing a footswitch. Furthermore, Dual Path technology brings Dual Path features to select dual-source Fishman electronics. For instance, a typical Dual Path setup routes soundhole pickup signals through the “ring” path, while body sensor audio would follow the “tip” path. Simply put, Dual Path technology can double your rig’s sonic potential overnight!
