The Echorus creates its warm, organic chorus sound by applying optical vactrol-based modulation to a very short delay. With Depth and Speed at minimum it can work as a doubler to expand the sound, while longer delay settings produce deeper modulation and more detuned textures.
A dry-signal kill switch removes the unaffected signal for warm vibrato-style sounds, while more extreme settings can produce unusual experimental modulation effects. The dedicated Speed, Depth and D Time controls provide direct control over the modulation rate, intensity and short echo time.
