The AVX marching pairs, part of the Audio Visual Seavine Series by SABIAN, are designed by SABIAN artist Chelsea Levine, cymbal educator at Rhythm X, and offer a world championship level sound. AVX pairs feature GRIP ZONE, an innovative design that features a 2-inch etched area providing extra grip for off-hand techniques. Utilizing multiple hammering techniques, including a hand-hammered bell, AVX pairs deliver a darker, more mature sound profile than the AV pairs, with unique overtones and a quick, impactful crash. Slightly lighter than HHX New Symphonic Viennese pairs, AVX pairs are crafted for precision and ease of use, making them a standout choice for serious cymbal players looking for both performance and playability.
